ConSite report

  • Further into the ConSite report, you’ll see non-operation and swing efficiency ratings and ratios. These compare the machine’s performance against the same model class from all Hitachi owners in your region.
  • The monthly and total number of hours are divided for front, swing, travel and attachment operations. This will help you to determine the actual usage of your machine and maintenance planning.
  • The monthly analysis of these variables is compared to the total lifetime of the machine in a user-friendly chart. A line graph shows the actual and projected number of hours, which helps you to manage maintenance requirements.
  • For dump trucks, data on distance travelled, payload analysis, and durability of tyres is also available.

ConSite oil

  • ConSite can also inform you of the condition of the engine and hydraulic oil in Zaxis-6 and -7 excavators.
  • This is thanks to data from two unique sensors, which monitor oil quality 24/7.
  • If the quality deteriorates or the oil becomes contaminated, for example, your local dealer will be notified via text or email so the cause can quickly be identified and fixed. This not only increases machine availability but also reduces maintenance requirements, saving you both time and money.

New ConSite Pocket app

  • Hitachi Construction Machinery’s ConSite Pocket app allows you to manage and monitor your machines wherever you are, with just the click of a button.
  • The easy-to-use mobile app sends alerts on the health of your machinery, and recommends the best course of action. It also allows you to download your monthly ConSite report anytime to your mobile phone, and find exact locations for your machines
  • To use ConSite Pocket, register with Global e-Service and ConSite, download the app (iOS / Android) and login to get started.

Connecting multiple brands in one fleet management system

  • Customers with more than one brand of construction equipment can integrate data from different telematics systems using an API (application programming interface).
  • This means they can access all the information from their different brands of equipment in one fleet management system, such as Hitachi’s Global e-Service, and manage their fleets more effectively.

ConSite Air

  • ConSite Air allows your local dealer to perform updates on your Zaxis-7 machine remotely, without the need for a technician to visit your site.
  • This means your machine can continue working without interruption and the update can be completed when convenient for you and your project.
  • This feature also enables your machine to be monitored with Hitachi’s diagnostic tool from anywhere in the world, ensuring maximum uptime.

We have been receiving ConSite reports every month for the past two years and it’s excellent for monitoring emissions, fuel consumption and availability. We will certainly continue to increase our usage of this tool in the future, for example to help our operators to use the machines more efficiently.
