For many of our people, working in a good team is something they value highly. When sharing their greatest career achievements, this was a common theme and in keeping with Hitachi Construction Machinery’s core values.

Mark Watson of Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK), references the important role his team have played in helping him to achieve high standards: “Everybody who’s with me, within my team, I’ve interviewed… They’re very loyal, very reliable, very dependable – and together we have quadrupled our turnover in the Product Support department, which is something we’re extremely proud of.”

After working for HCM Nederland for more than 40 years, Esther Navest reflects on her workplace environment and her place within it, when considering her personal success: “If I think about my biggest achievement, then I think I have to say that being accepted as a woman within Hitachi, from the start.”
