The ZW370-6 wheel loader features robust materials and strengthened components, such as the double Z-bar linkage, heavy-duty box frame and low-mounted lift arm cylinder, to enhance its durability.

It is also easy to maintain, ensuring a reliable performance. The covers open fully to give you convenient access to the engine, and make it easier to inspect and maintain key parts and components.

Reduced fuel consumption

We developed the new range of ZW-6 large wheel loaders with an emphasis on high productivity, the environment, operator comfort and safety. Noise levels have been reduced for a quieter performance and the cab offers 360 visibility. For a smoother operation, the ZW370-6 has a better gear shift change than previous models.

To boost productivity, the traction force has been increased by 31% in standard mode (33% in power mode) and the auto power up function improves uphill performance. Fuel consumption has been reduced by the redesigned axles, which reduce energy loss. The planetary gear transmission (developed in-house) with lock-up as standard also enhances travelling performance, which helps to increase productivity.

In terms of its acceleration, speed and torque, the ZW370-6 has one of the best engines and transmissions I’ve ever experienced. It’s also reassuring that the stability of the machine is consistent in tough conditions and that the brakes are responsive. I would certainly recommend this wheel loader to anyone working in the industry.
