Durable and reliable

The ZX130-5G is equipped with a tough and reliable engine with a proven track record at challenging job sites around the world. Its front attachment is also durable, thanks to several strengthened and reinforced components to reduce wear and jolts. We have also strengthened the undercarriage with thicker brackets, for example, and reinforced the upper structure frame.

The robust design of the air-conditioned cab provides a safe and comfortable working environment. It offers plenty of legroom and easy access, and the control panel and levers are within easy reach.

Low fuel consumption

You can do more with less with the ZX130-5G. We have reduced its fuel consumption by 8%, yet increased productivity levels by 4% (compared to the previous ZX120 model). This is thanks to our HIOS III hydraulic and engine control systems, which also help to reduce CO2 emissions. Even further reductions in fuel consumption can achieved with the new ECO mode (14% less fuel compared to the PWR mode).

The productivity of the ZX130-5G has been improved by a rapid arm roll-in speed, a high arm speed when the boom is lowered, and a power boost function that gives 5% greater digging force when required. The traction force has also been increased by 15% for travelling on rough terrain.
